General:

 

These Conditions of Service, together with the “ Privacy Policy “ and the rules, policies, terms and conditions set forth in, refered to and or linked herein, all of which are incorporated herein by reference, are, collectively, called “ Conditions “ Working with NDC Images - Real Estate Photography, you acknowledge that you have read in depth and agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

 

Payment of Services and Cancelation or Rescheduling Policies::

 

A valid credit card must be given to us at the of your booking in order to hold your photographic appointment with us. By you providing your credit card information, you give us NDC Images - Real Estate Photography ( Nigel Cornell ) the authorization to charge to it any and all services fees, travel expenses, and including any cancellation or rescheduling bookings that relate to scheduled services as well as any additional services that may be requested on-site. A 50% deposit may be required to hold photography appointments made for services which are over the sum of 200 euros or more. We do not like to charge monies for the fees of cancellation or rescheduling photographic appointments, and so to avoid all this please be sure to only book if a positive date is suitable to all parties concerned. NDC Images - Real Estate Photography reserves the right to waive any fees at any time for any reason, but we maintain the right to enforce them for the following circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedual your photographic shoot, you must do so no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, in order to avoid any fees. Any cancellations or rescheduling that is requested within 24 hours of your photographic shoot time will result in a fee of 10% of the total order for the shoot, or 60 euros, whichever is the higher. Any cancellations or reschedules requested within 12 hours of your appointment time, you will charged 50% of the total order or 100 euros whichever is higher. In the event of you not cancelling or rescheduling correctly you will be charged the full amount of the photographic shoot and any travel fees which may have been applied. Any rescheduling fees may not be applied if your appointment is due to a ‘Force Majeure’, or weather conditions i.e ( fog, snow, storm, rain ) which makes travelling to dangerous. If you are in any doubt about the conditions of the weather please get in touch either by phone or by mail in advance asap. All Payment for our services will become due in full following the compleation of the shoot. An online invoice with a payment link will be emailed to you on the following day after the shoot. All invoices are due upon receipt of this mail.

 

Media Approval:

 

It is the clients responsibility to review the images taken and approve all images at the end of the shoot, prior to the photographer leaving the appointment. If the client or their representative is not present at the shoot when it is compleated, the right to revise coverage is forfited once the photographer leaves the shoot. If the client requires further images an additional charge will be applied. It is always best for the client to provide specific images they require then there wont be any images not taken. This can be emailed prior to the shoot to us.

 

Preparation and Service Limitations :

 

Can you make sure that the property is prepared for the shoot as you would like so the photographer does not have to stage the layout. Please make sure it has been cleaned and ready to be photographed in all rooms required for the shoot. The photographer reserves the rights to refuse to photography any property the he / she deems to be unsafe or otherwise harmfull to their person. Please limit the number of persons present at the shoot to only one representative. Please make sure any pets or employies are off site at the duration of the shoot. If the property is occupied or being rented please make sure the person or persons leave the property while the shoot is being done. NDC Images - Real Estate Photography reserves the right to refuse to take any images for the client if the owner has service maintenance people their working, or the presents of vendors or visitors without our prior consent. Applicable fees will be incured in this case..

 

Property Access:

 

For us do do our job professionally we need to know to be sure you will be at the property on time when the appointment is scheduled for. While you do not have to be on the premises we recommend that you are there to avoid any mishaps. If we arrive at the property and for ANY REASON cant get access as arranged we will telephone you and sms you on the number you have provided to us at the time of booking. If we don’t get a reply from you after 30 mins you will need to reschedule the booking, and you will be charged for the full amount of the fee agreed at time of booking. If we have to wait then a further 35 euros will be added every 30 mins for a period of 1 hour then if there is no access the photographer will leave..

 

Uses and Licences:

 

NDC Images - Real Estate Photography retains the copyright to all images. By purchasing our services we grant you the permission to use the images taken from the booking to, promote the sale or rental of your listing or property, and to promote your business via Social Media and otherwise further your professional brand. Additional commercial and editorial usage is strictly prohibited without prior permission. We reserve the right to share all images taken by NDC Images - Real Estate Photography across all social and web platforms. We shall honor sensitive listings from any clients as “ Not To List “ Discretion is assured at all times by NDC Images - Real Estate Photography. NDC Images - Real Estate & Commercial / Land Photography reserve the right to use any of the images taken under the Discretion Rule after 1 month for purposes to promote the website.
